The KB3 visit begins with the immersive experience and requires a reservation to guarantee your spot. You must therefore choose your time slot for the immersive experience here. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time. Please note that the address of KB3 is 240 Bennett Street West, Thetford Mines, G6G 2R4. After the show, you are invited to visit the rest of the site, including the spectacular observatory. Any late arrival may result in the inability to participate in the immersive experience, depending on availability for other time slots. No refunds will be offered. 

For the Minero Museum, your ticket is valid for 48 hours before and after your chosen date, allowing you some flexibility in your visit time. The Minero Museum itself can be visited at your leisure during regular opening hours.
